83 year old Edie believes that it is never too late - packing an old camping bag, leaving her life behind and embarking on an adventure she never got to have - climbing the imposing Mount Suilven in Scotland. 

Newly-widowed after thirty years of nursing a demanding and invalid husband, Edie Moore is preparing to move into an old people's home when she suddenly decides to attempt a long-held ambition to climb a Scottish mountain. She employs local camping shop owner Jonny as her guide and - when it turns out she is not as prepared as she thinks she is - her trainer.  

Beautiful Scottish scenery as the backdrop to this tale of relationships, hope and courage.
